Cancellation and Refund Policy of Chillibreeze Services:

If there is a problem or misunderstanding in the original brief of the services requested, we want to work together to resolve the problem. Chillibreeze has always been extremely fair and works with our reasonable customers to reach a fair understanding of any dispute over services rendered. Negative feedback doesn't go away and should only be left as a last resort! Therefore we strive for positive feedback, harmonious settlements and even some friendships. Please contact us right away so we can address your concerns immediately.

We will make every attempt possible to resolve the issue if we made a mistake. Please do not assume a mistake is intentional. Communication is key – so let us hear from you.

Cancellations and Refunds of Chillibreeze e-Products

We operate a money back guarantee under the below conditions:

• Please contact product-sales@chillibreeze.com or info@chillibreeze.com.
• If you are unhappy with one of our e-products we ask that you respond within 30 days for a full refund. As part of our guarantee we ask you to answer a set of questions sent to you via email.
• Once we receive your feedback, whatever reason you may give, we will offer a full refund.
• If for any reason there is a shipping cost involved, then shipping costs are not retrievable, we are unable to refund shipping costs.
• We appreciate your feedback, so please be patient with us and give us 48 hours to respond.
